Makes sense to me. They are buying it for 1.2 x 2003 Revenues, which sounds decent. FDX already has more than 130 staffed counters in various Kinkos locations, now they can add more than 1000 more. Plus Kinkos wants to expand internationally, and Fedex is already everywhere.
