Forgot this---

A stock either trades cum dividend or ex dividend Period. When was the ex date? Never, the divy never existed.

We do not have our divies yet, because some, yet to be named, brokerages are not cooperating.

However, there is allusion to, unknown action, being taken against these brokerages.

I am sure they will work it all out, at some point.

Whistles, tt looks like your questions were well answered by others here. To recap for clarity:

First, BTW, I think you ask valid questions, and the link to The Motley Fool vote system is very cool indeed:
http://caps.fool.com/Ticker.aspx?ticker=IIG

Whistles asked:
Show me you divy. in fact show me where it is located?

Nyquist answered:
That's easy.

They are an in specie dividend, and as such, don't require and ex date.

Then Whistles asked:
"Dr Hagnauer of the Hagnauer Foundation, who claimed that they did in fact own the land in the Cañas, Guanacaste area that Terrell was claiming to have bought. He and his daughter both said that they have no intent of selling the land (included is the Las Pumas Wildlife Shelter)."

If you go to the Costa Rica site for parks the reserve does not even exist, hows that?
http://www.costarica-nationalparks.com/

It a lie plain and simple, i have even been told that MT even said in a PR that it was in a place where it is not at all, I will have to still confirm this though. Bet its true :)

NyQuist responded again:
You might consider, #msg-16011593 as a good place to start.

Whistles asked:
Here is the reg/sho list
http://www.nasdaqtrader.com/aspx/regsho.aspx
Guess what? PNMS is not on it.

I respond:
I didn't say PNMS was shorted currently, I don't think it is - they covered, was shorted previously at .008. My point was lots of companies HAVE been shorted to death, and large cap companies have been shorted heavily too for long periods of time. They may not be the best companies, agreed, but were still attacked hard and artifically by malicious shorts.
