I agree with you.--either regulate the pink sheet or just take them out of business..hence forbid any pink stock of trading publicly !!!!

ONE reason why a company should be allowed of scamming gullible people off their hard earned money???

If I would lure people into a business venture , telling them lies, I would be in jail within no time...a pink company can and will and does do that on a daily bases over the internet...

There is more money to be made owning a pink sheet company than dealing drugs...and that without much risk of facing any jail time for it...!!
