That's also what happened to me on my first buy of PFUO. And every other purchase I've made, watching the LVL2 just made me scratch my head.
The only thing I could figure is that MMs for the most part aren't paying much attention to this one, so our orders go through when they get around to it.
At the same time at least a couple of MMs have taken notice and I susspect just as Robin suggested, that they're getting theirs right now... doing what MMs do.

Mine have all been in the .013 to .018 range.

I think by the looks of it you are right. RBCM is now on the ask at .01 so this tactic is working.
