This basically means that wnbd was sold (short) and "naked"-(shares not delivered) to the low point of (squeeze trigger price),where these shares will have to be bought back in order to "cover" the shorts.--like "How low can you go?" When these shorts buy back in, they raise the sp just like a regular "buy". This looks like "happy days ahead" for wnbd----maybe--remember, this is pks, and the insiders can be diluting without you knowing about it.
This may be one of the worst cases of naked shorting and possible insider dilution that you will see lately.
