There must be inherent value in the company which may be realized after the inevitable bankruptcy. A million shares is only 5k but it has been trading almost every day. Someone wants this stock and there are many willing to unload. Not me at this juncture. Having waited too long, I do not want to leave too soon.

Any news on what is happening with the spin off??

I don't think Xcelplus is actually putting money in this idea. To me it sounds like a Franchising idea. Owner agrees to follow certain rules and use the companies product and in return they pay Global a fee while getting product at a lower cost than the general public. Perhaps the first one or few will not have to pay a Franchising fee until the name gets out there
