I agree with marc. We'll be lucky if this is selling for a nickel by the end of the week. And 2c is nowhere to be found.

This is beginning to get sour fast & it's pissing me off.

I-told-you-last-night MARC, by PM...that I was and still am trying to follow-up on those issues/quesions...

...BUT, in the mean time...CALL MARTIN!!!!!...He is in charge of the DIVIDEND proper filing...

...Supposedly, he did answer some of the questions for NASDAQ, fianlly last week Friday...But I do not have any new-info on that sice then...CALL HIM...DAILY...Please...It is HIS responsibility!

...I am doing extensive DD right now on SGDM...And I will continue to also follow-up with AURC inquiries and clarifications with Directors as much as possible...Will update accordingly as always as soon as I have any new results! ;)
