Americo DeRosa and Ivan Cavric are the principle share holders in over 10 start up Oil and gas companies and venture capital groups. Depends on your intrepretation of the facts as presented. Either a scam or a very cleaver way of aligning companies who work together for a common goal. Hence the sharing of technologies like HSC. I prefer the cleaver theory because through all of my DD I have not discovered any illegal activity. Shady, yes, but then that's corporate America. I do not think they care about share holder interests however, they do care about money and staying out of jail. Along the way we may just get rich as a result.
