Warrants give you the option or choice to buy a particular stock at a preferable price to yourself. For example, in this instance, we owned EQBM. Larry then offered us the choice to buy into his other co. 'Soma' by a certain deadline. In this particular scenario we were offered warrants to enable us to buy SOMA at $2 and $3 at 2 different, future, date deadlines... He of course, obviously expected SOMA to be worth at least this amount or why else would we invest. This simply did not transpire. Therefore nobody in their 'right' mind would have taken up Larry's kind offer because SOMA now languishes at a high of .38c... Now the deadline is upon us ie the last date we could take up his offer, so the warrants will transpire.. :)
