Sorry if these thoughts have been posted before:

I'm wondering about ADM and it's possible legal restrictions that might apply if they were to buy the corn(or whatever) AND make and sell ethenol. Maybe this way, with a totally separate company, they don't seem to be involved in any kind of a monoply.

Or

Maybe these guys were selected by ADM to get an ethenol business up and running, and then ADM buy them out. For big bucks that is!
