but the SEC has been very successful in influencing the acquisition partners to reject the merger proposals which is the reason why USXP has not named the New Jersey oil company imho

Until the SEC cleans up their act, I will not believe or trust them to protect me from any company, including USXP....And I dont need you to play that role either.
