He is not listed as a defendant, yet he apparently filed a counterclaim on 25th April. Bancorp's lawyer responded to it on 11th May.

Then another response by J.J. on 30th May, followed by a letter by plaintiff (no lawyer mentioned) on June 4th.

Could this be why Megas is coming to Oklahoma?
