SEC DD consisted of looking at Bloombergs which only looks at the top layer of a multilayer bond issue. RPH even asked them to contact the treasury dept. to verify...they never did of course. Why? Because they don't want to know the truth. So what is your amazing source that verifies the bonds are not real?
