I got the exact same response today, hmmmmmm!

I would say this is good news, if they planned on cancelling these common shares then Gary should know by know and you would also see a conversion from ch 11 to the worst case of ch 7, being that we are still ch 11 means the reoganition plan is in effect, and with the Board of Directors of the CO owning 34% of the Co's Common Shares, I think we have a pretty good chance a retaining these common shares!!
