I called again today and something must be cooking imo! He told me he hasn't forgot about me and that he has been in meetings all week, he said he would call me back as soon as he could. This is not like him, the last few months he would call me back same day. IMO something is coming and he may wait to call me after it hits the airwaves, just a guess! I'll let you know when he calls back, it will happen just not sure when :)

Well he finally called back and nothing is imminent unfortunately. The only thing he could tell me is USM is still not out of the question and the LOI is still active which means neither side has rescinded it as of yet. They are pursuing other avenues but said any or both could still be up to 90 days out. He wouldn't tell me anything that wasn't public knowledge which I understand completely and respect. The good news is they are working to get something done and eventually a merger will take place. Unfortunately the 90 day possibility is not what I wanted to hear so the waiting continues.

Sure wish they would do something here, sitting on a goldmine shell and waiting is getting old!
