RRGI put out a PR about a secret word to be used to win prizes. If they can put THAT crap out, they can put out other things. I believe in this company, however I do thing the PR department is severely lacking!
RRGI/Reality Racing is a very straightforward and simple public company with alot of leeway in their behavior, method, and execution. Just look at the show's overall quality to this point.
I don't think that there is nothing that they "...can legally say at this point." More correctly, I don't think there is anything noteworthy to justify a PR at this time, that's all.
yea if ur gonna talk about another company in ur press release u gotta sign off..but theres nothing they need to sign off on just to talk about themselves..which we know very little about btw
