the resistance is there probably due fact, that pinks sheets upgrade PR: http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/070507/0248939.html
was posted, when price of PBLS stock was 1.6-1.7 cents and lot of people who bought on that PR (as there were 10-20 milions volume days) are going to free shares now, which is exactly 3.2-3.4 cents range.
