I think they are referring to approvals of the LOI's not the name change. That only takes a few days to do a name search.

IMO BIGN officials have been dialoging the name change with the nasdaq for quite some time. Final approval for the name change is in process. NASDAQ must approve the symbol. Remember, all good things take time.
