I'm not sure what the law is on appealing to the Supremes. That is, I'm not sure you can do it if a lower court has simply refused to hear your appeal. But knowing Fluffy, I'm sure he'd LIKE to go to them. But if a lower court won't hear it, which I believe it won't, I'm sure the Supremes won't either.
