Yes, it's already been filed by Kenneth and Julie Vianale(www.vianalelaw.com), and David Chase on behalf of Glenn Drago and another named plaintiff (I believe his name is Bell). Once the class is certified, if you traded shares of SLJB during the class period set out in the Drago complaint (I believe in was August 1 to either November or December of 2006), you will automatically become part of the class unless you voluntarily opt out. I'd suggest you contact Ken or Julie Vianale (see their website) if you have any questions. All defendants have been served and have answered the lawsuit, which is now in the discovery phase.
