I haven't been in mine for about 2 months and the cases were gone at that time. I honestly don't think they put them back out either. I will try to stop and check.

I don't know what the problem is in the stores but you can still find it online at the site. You also have to consider that this is Circuit City, who right now is getting its behind kicked by Best Buy (in terms of sales/service). They've been closing stores and reducing overhead as well and taking a stronger online approach. Sort of what Toyz R' Us did.
