IMO, Longs should totally throw out the hopes of a buy-out, and consider it more as 'everything is for sale if the price is right'.

Keith has long entertained the buy-out idea...as a pinksheet. He may feel entirely different, 2-3 years down the road, as an AMEX company, given the status and financing clout that comes with it, that pinksheets simply does not offer.
