I hadn't really considered the reasoning behind pushing the merger out to June 30th, but that does seem logical. Most companies are able to close a merger quicker if they want it to happen - master plan likely at work here.

That makes very much sense. I believe these guys really got it going on. Lets remember we are dealing with a bunch of engineers here that started the company. Somewhat particular and if you throw in some common sense sky is the limit.
