I think they are pretty close to done. I have not seen any 2650000 trades go through recently so that is a good sign. Once the dilution is done this company is self sustaining so there wil be no need for financing through stock.

The final share count should be in the 230-240m range. I believe the company had around 20m when it began and the total number added will be around 206m. This should be finished sometime around September based on the latest filings.
This is assuming they don't add any more. Total authorized is 500m.

Its still a great trader until then. IMO
