I'm hoping that this is a good sign also...it seems to speak of some more validity to BIGN to be allowed to trade in Germany again. Also, it gives Europeans the chance to buy part of Tyche (in the form of BIGN's share of Tyche Energy) at a sustancial mark down to what they have been paying thus far.
