Well according to many here on this board and the company themselves the OSC hearing has nothing to do with the fact that our name and symbol change has not occured. IMO, it is at the very least having an indirect effect on the process since it involves PMCL's former TA. I asked the company again this week why the symbol change still has not occured and they said once again that they have comlied with all requests made by NASDAQ and that we would have to ask Market Integrity why we still have not received our symbol.
