And if the deleted post is a PM? Or has someones private information, such as name/phone#, etc? Where does it end? Deletions can't be picked through to show what some seem to think they need to see. Perma-delete some, leave others in the profile...If there's a problem with a deleted post, the poster usually asks one of the Ihub admin to repost it. And if it was deleted, it's against TOU.

What you're suggesting is to take the decision away from admin/mods. There is no "destroying" of evidence. I can read every post ever deleted on any board I mod, as can admin.
I think the system works great, especially with the addition of the mod squad.
