It all depends on how many shares are in the hands of the weak and how many are in the hands of the strong . I did a similiar play with ETIM last year and the begining of this year . It kept tanking and I kept loading up while everyone was yelling scam . It turned around and I sold all the up the run averaging about 150-200% profit on each trade I sold off .
