Looks like we got a diluter here. Which could mean a few things: they are using shares to pay for drilling (not altogether bad), they have no money and are using the shares to buy themselves houses(bad), they feel a large amount of investors coming and need to have enough shares availible for them(joke), they know most people will sell knowing that they are diluting(neutral), or they did diluted to give incentives to potential investors or employees(I made that one up), etc. Let's all keep an eye on that T/A. I wonder how often Berkshire shares are diluted?
