Some see opportunity were others so not. I guess you are saying that they should not have done this deal. Our company is so well off that we can say NO to all kinds of business. Give me a break! People complain when management does deals and when they don't. FWIW its a great business deal! Yet, as I have said before. Some see potential others don't. That is what makes investing fun and frustrating.
