Yes, I have seen posts saying 280-290M somewhat recently. Is it accurate that they cannot legally release over 500M shares? that is what I based my guestimates on - worst possible case, not actual outstanding at this moment.

Does Continental still have current information, or is that in the hands of the Bay City Mi. company?
