rules will not give reason to iHub. The tendency of the flow is toward person's board on a subject.
Rules just give people someething to argue about and the one's with the power always exercise whatever rules there are, the way they say the rules apply.
Many on the boards are not stock investors, they are "players" and the board to them is more opportunity to do the manipulation thing like the video couple months ago talked about. Who was that guy, big name stock dude, admitted to false advertising to help himself make a profit and said "if you're not doing it, you ought to be doing it".... INTERPRETATION = The only rule is PROFIT, anything for PROFIT is the rule of acceptability.
