i see the pinks new levels first being evaluated against the OB - how significant of a difference the highest level pinks is viewed against the ob. There you may see some cross over plays, money moving back from the OB to pinkie land or at least the ob players looking a little more further afield into pinkie land a bit more frequently. That can pull in some of the more risk taking institutional players. The question will be how well policed / executed the OTCQX designation will be managed, as gnu asked, what sort of company is being kept in the category, and some sense of track record those companies in it establish over time.
As to where we go with PBLS, everyone on this board seems logical, thoughtful, and reasonable, and so are their estimates of future price. But let's face it, the investors and the markets themselves, are not frequently logical, reasonable, or thoughtful in their valuations of stocks. I see us easily rocketing on pure exuberance beyond any reasonable valuation if the share count is 800 million or below and financials are within expectations of this board. That validation of the company alone is good for a multiple of ten in my opinion, but what do I know - I'm not investing for a living as of yet.
