Well, I refuse to buy more right now and not worth selling at this price after another R/S, so I will wait and hope he is out of the picture. If he is not, then most likely I will be holding until my shares getr RS'd a few more times and out of existence.

Yes, they need to specifically release details of who owns the preferred shares, how any new shares will be issued and how they are exempt from 144.
