Actually, the quick spike on news and the retrace to here is good IMO. It shows that RSDS has strength. It keeps trying to test the 30% Fib retrace from yesterday and so far the price has held admirably. It may take a day or so for RSDS to really get legs because we are approaching the weekend and I have seen many stocks with good news loose steam at the end of the week.
