I am giving him the benefit of the doubt figuring he probably has not recieved the backing he expected and is now scurring to get backing for the process. If it does turn out he scammed us believe me I will exhaust all methods at my disposable to extract revenge but until I am 100% sure I have been scammed I will not start those methods into motion. Someone is buying from those selling that is what I can't figure.
