I think your idea is excellent and I, for one, would be more than willing to donate to such a fund - in fact if the fund existed now I would not wait for the pps to move from it's current position.

I would be willing to contribute 200 shares of stock per year and have the proceeds used to provide treatment to those who could not afford it. If each of us did something like this it would be an added incentive for the company and Nigeria to do whatever they could to help improve the PPS. I would like for the company to also make some type of price reduction on medicine these shares buy. I would also be glad to do this on a percentage basis on the number of shares I hold.

I think this would be a win/win situation whereby the favorable reaction of the general public to both the company and the shareholders making this kind of commitment would be tremendous. I believe very shortly it would be a substantial amount and do a lot of good.

Great idea gwikley. I'll donate right now. How do we get it set up? I think if we did something like that, a press release talking about it would not only be great for the sufferers but the shareholders also.
