many phone systems today are data files and are saved automatically. Generlly, this would be someone who would call from a business and have rights to access the phone software. I suppose a long shot, but would not think he wants to take a chance. I agree that he has just surprised he would risk it when it has been so damn hard to get any information from anyone.
