The other part of that equation is timing - the PPS has to stay at that elevated level for a minimum period of time. And? How quickly do they want to move to that higher exchange....I can't imagine a legitimate company with legitimate resources wanting to stay a Pink for very long. They will want the investment houses to jump in ASAP.
