Well it depends, Siam is not a Canadian consortium sounds like. Really gets into international law if they want to play, they could string a lawsuit out for years and build their plants in the meantime perhaps.

We do not know exactly what the lawsuit is over, however, it may be some back wages issue, who knows.

If siam is real, the first thing they did was look at the patent. They would not have wasted their time unless AC had something to sell. Part of siam's DD would have included an analysis of likely challengers to the patent. Evigny is an obvious one if his name is on the patent, and siam may have made him take it or leave it offer of settlement, which was rejected. Evigny's next step would have been a lawsuit. He would have had nowhere else to go.

That would depend on if the people (and country) he's dealing with are governed by patents. China and a few others don't recognize Western patents and trademarks.
