Yep, and anyone howling dilution is full o' bull. Some o' these ying-yangs (and they know who they are) love to use the word dilution WAY outta context and as inappropriately as possible, so's to continue scaring weak shares loose.

By (market) definition, dilution is the 'watering down' of existing shares with newly issued shares, with no new assets to increase the overall value.

Dilution is when shares do NOT get anything in return for the increase in o/s. Lifestyle stocks do this daily, but Hemi does and has not.

Any new shares that have been issued and added to the o/s have been for asset-increasing items such as either leases, equipment, management salary etc.

Hemi has been heavily shorted, which gives the appearance of dilution, obviously. The major plus to this shorting is that we are able to buy 'artificially cheap' shares. Enjoy it while ya can!

Plain....and simple!!!!

Also, anyone screaming company dilution on this board is hereby flagged as a deceiver, liar, basher, MM assistant, etc.

Again, PLAIN.....and SIMPLE!!!
