indian -- let us make clear that you didnt pay for the gold mine. beebe did with $2.5M in cash plus the stock he gave to saturday night, LLC. it's documented.
this was long before the current mess in the stock price, so don't for a second say beebe sold stock to accomplish this.
there is substantial data on the gold mine on the pinksheets site right now. you have the geologist reports. you have the resume of yellich and kim if you need it. you can call the BLM if you'd like and get all the information on it, including the permits.
