The original float was 50M, 33M shares held by NPYC shell members leaving 17M in the float.

Gene has purchased 18.7M shares and 5M of those shares are restricted.

That removes those 5M from the free trading float thus reducing it to 45M.

As more NSHV investors accumulate shares they plan on holding for a year or more, like myself, those shares available to be purchased on the open market are reduced.
