They have to be coming from somewhere. They can't raise the kind of money they need selling shares at this level. The companies entire market cap is about 3 Million. I think the entire A/S might get them another few million in cash assuming the price wouldn't go sub penny if they tried? Not nearly enough. If its not a higher float than I would have to guess its longs as with the spread there is little flipping opportunity.
