On February 20, 2007, Xtreme Motorsports (Other OTC:XTMS.PK - News) announced a dividend to shareholders of record as of February 12, 2007. We received numerous emails and phone calls regarding this dividend. Most were appreciative of the fact that we were concerned about our investors and shareholders. However, we failed to take into consideration those shareholders who have joined us after February 12, 2007. Your concerns were heard, and we are now announcing an additional upgraded dividend for shareholders of record as of March 12, 2007.
