I dont think the share count is a issue right now, we get updated everyweek by the T/A and it is unchanged...the issue is like you said Ameritrade and Etrade and their restrictions...Jerry supposedly had a meeting with his lawyers this week about that.. So there seems to be something in the works... we have been discussing that issue everyday for the past three months.
