when there wa around 29 million shares out......the public float was only 9 million
so basically matin could approve anything without the need of our votes
now the numbers are, i'm sure, much higher. but i'm sure he still has the majority of stock....
i didn't even get to vote or attend......pissed me off since i live so close.......
i''m sure the meeting of shareholders consisted of mr matin alone.....no real meeting
just him approving what he wished
