No. I most definately do not agree. The Fundacion purchased 2 Billion shares of PNMS last year. So at a minimum there are 2 Billion shares that were converted into PDR, not PDF, form.

That would mean that some of the shareholders transmitted their shares to the Foundation and began trading.
