right. If DPDW was sitting on excess capacity, then a hurricane and the repairs it triggered would be good for demand and utilizer those resources. However, if DPDW is busy selling on-going services, or, even better, elements related to platform deployment and hook-ip projects, then they have no excess resources and a hurricane might actually divert spending from those capital projects to repairs.
