CWRN is now at different state
Over past few years CWRN was in big trouble, having good amount of ore underground it did not have the infrastructure to be a miner. Quantum discovered this fact and thus they forming 50-50 joint venture. Keep in mine that Quantum is financing this company and the production target is set to 500,000 DMT per month. Iron Ore price to hit $100 by 2008 end or earlier and once they start mining and hit profitability stock price will sky rocket. If you can not see the future, beter stay away.

The dilution was no fun, and it sucked having had my initial position at $.13 diluted down to $.0002, but I believe Bob had no choice other than to sell the shares he did while trying to bridge the minimal level of operations until he could get the JV financing. You're right - if the JV money doesn't get used well to build a hugely successful mining venture, there will be no more excuses.
